WE’RE HIRING ENGAGEMENT LEADS…

Lived Expert is growing, and we’re looking for one or more Engagement Leads to join us as we expand.

This is more than a job – it’s an opportunity to work alongside a passionate team, leading consultation projects that give people with lived experience a voice. We have exciting projects in Yorkshire and Suffolk, so we’re looking for people based in or within easy reach of these areas, which could include people in the Midlands, North, South East, or East.

We need people who share our values, have relevant lived experience, and are driven to make a difference in health and justice systems.

You’ll be flexible, hands-on, and excited to engage people in custody or the community. Whether you’re organising workshops, managing projects, or building relationships with partners, you’ll bring energy, focus, and a commitment to keeping lived experience at the centre of everything we do.

We’re flexible – whether you work part-time or full-time, as an employee or contractor, it’s about finding the right people.
