It’s time to treat drug-addicted children as adults
Mark Johnson writing in the Guardian believes that without sufficient addiction treatment, 12-year-old Robbie will be drugs dependent, in jail or dead by 18. But the only effective residential treatment is illegal for under-18s, and non-existent in the area where he lives.
