For young people, a criminal record should not be a life sentence
Mark Johnson in his Guardian article raises that our rehabilitation system is based on a complete misunderstanding – it manages risk through a criminal record check, a list of everything someone has done wrong. It doesn’t consider the achievements they have made since their offence.
