Engaging people with lived experience of severe and multiple disadvantage

A User Voice report based on user interviews that seeks to help guide LankellyChase in attracting more people with severe and multiple disadvantage to submit funding applications, join their organisation and better incubate service user ideas and talents. We started by conducting desk based research on user led organisations (ULOs) and non-user led organisations with significant user involvement. From a ‘long-list’ of 52 possible organisations, we mutually agreed on a ‘short-list’ of 18 which we felt were evidence of best practice across a wide spectrum of service user needs.
